ORDER PROCESSING

• Standard in-stock items ship in 1-3 business days, Mon-Friday.
• Orders placed over the weekend ship the following week.
• Customized build products require additional time for shipment. This will be notated on our website where applicable.

PRODUCT RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS:
• Please e-mail: returns@retrolinear.com  include your order and telephone number,  you'll receive an RMA# within 1-2 business days.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return merchandise. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded, only the invoiced amount.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
• Refunds are only processed upon inspection of merchandise, all returned merchandise must be in the condition it was shipped in, and or include all original factory packaging.
• Items may only be returned 30 days or less from the invoice date.
• All refunds are processed to the credit card used to place the order, and generally within in 5-7 business days. 

QUALIFIED RETURN ITEMS
• Warneck Research Products
• New production circuit board products
• New electronic components ie: potentiometers
• Trim items like knobs, faceplates, chrome legs etc.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Used/Vintage components or any product defined “as-is” or “vintage original”, ie: Dampers, Reeds, Tines, Pickups etc 
• Products which have been installed, damaged or modified.
• Custom built & Special Order products: ie: 140X Amps, Custom wiring assemblies.
• New product damaged during installation
• New product missing packaging or bundled items ie: reedbar shield, pickup cable

EXCHANGES:
• Technical support exchanges: We require the return of the original merchandise for evaluation, repair and return of damaged merchandise.
• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for standard merchandise exchanges

INCORRECT ORDER POLICY:  In the event you’ve incorrectly ordered parts, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs to exchange merchandise.
If you wish to cancel any order, the 15% restocking fee applies.
Refunds are only processed upon inspection of merchandise.

Providing accurate product information and rock solid customer service is paramount to us here at RetroLinear,  if you are unsure which components you need we’ll gladly assist in making sure you get the correct materials to complete your projects!

 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

All Warneck Research products carry a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in material(s) and workmanship to the original purchaser.
This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, neglect, abuse, improper service, improper installation or modification or any other causes not arising out of manufacturing related defects.
RetroLinear is not responsible for any personal injury occurring during product installation or use.

RetroLinear & Warneck Research shall not be liable for any loss of use or for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.
In the event of a product failure (unlikely!) or defect RetroLinear / Warneck Research products will be either repaired or replaced without charge, at the option of RetroLinear / Warneck Research when returned securely packed with shipping prepaid.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS: (HEY ACCIDENTS HAPPEN)
• In the event you have damaged your Warneck Research product(s) Repairs are available at our bench rate of $150hr + shipping
• Most items can be fixed quickly. Shipping rates vary by location.
• NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS MAY TAKE 14-21 BUSINESS DAYS

CUSTOMER SERVICE

We stand behind our products 100% and provide complete technical support via email, phone or facetime/video chat free of charge for all new production electronics and components.
Due to the nature of repairing vintage instruments we do our best to provide "tech-tips" and how to’s however cannot trouble shoot issues outside the realm of product relation.
We cannot extend or provide support to any product not manufactured or sold by RetroLinear.
