Order Processing

All orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Before billing out any orders, we'll verify stock prior to processing your card for payment. In the event an order has been placed for an out of stock item a company rep will contact you with options on processing your order.

Product returns & exchanges

RMA Process:
To initiate a return, please email: returns@retroLinear.com , include your order number and telephone number;  a company representative will contact you within 1-2 business days.
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from purchase date.  Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Qualified return or exchange items are listed below.  Refunds are only processed upon inspection of merchandise.  All refunds are processed to the credit card used to place the order, and generally within in 5-7 business days.  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 Qualified return items
• Warneck Research
• New production circuit board products
• New electronic components ie: potentiometers
• Trim items like knobs, faceplates, chrome legs etc.

Ineligible return items
• Used/vintage components or any product defined “as-is” or “vintage original”. 
• Products which have been installed, opened, modified.
• Pre-modified or custom built products
• Special ordered products
• New product damaged during installation
• New product missing packaging or kit items.

Incorrect order policy:  In the event you’ve incorrectly ordered parts, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping costs to exchange merchandise.
If you wish to cancel any order, the 15% restocking fee applies.
Refunds are only processed upon inspection of merchandise.

Providing accurate product information and rock solid customer service is paramount to us here at RetroLinear,  if you are unsure which components you need we’ll gladly assist in making sure you get the correct materials to complete your projects!

 

Warranty information

All Warneck Research products carry a limited lifetime warranty covering defects in material(s) and workmanship to the original purchaser. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, neglect, abuse, improper service, improper installation or  modification or any other causes not arising out of manufacturing related defects. RetroLinear is not responsible for any personal injury occurring during product installation or use.

RetroLinear & Warneck Research shall not be liable for any loss of use or for incidental or consequential damages of any kind.

In the event of a product failure or defect RetroLinear / Warneck Research products will be either repaired or replace without charge, at the option of RetroLinear / Warneck Research when returned securely packed with shipping prepaid.

Customer service

We stand behind our products 100% and provide complete technical support via email, phone or facetime/video chat free of charge for all new production electronics and components.
Due to the nature of repairing vintage instruments we do our best to provide "tech-tips" and how to’s however cannot trouble shoot issues outside the realm of product relation.
We cannot extend or provide support to any product not manufactured or sold by RetroLinear.

Hours of operation

Standard shop hours are M-F 11:00am - 6:00pm eastern standard time, closed weekends.
